Registration requests
When you submit a team registration request via NexusClash, you are applying for a slot in a specific tournament division. This request is subject to review by the tournament administration. Submitting a request does not automatically bind your roster to the event until it is officially accepted by the organizer.
Cancellation
Team registration requests may be cancelled through our portal prior to the official bracket lock date of the respective tournament. To withdraw your roster, you must submit a cancellation notice via your team dashboard or by contacting our support desk. Late cancellations may result in penalties applied by the specific event organizers.
No payment through site
NexusClash operates strictly as an informational directory and registration facilitator. We do not process direct payments, entry fees, or handle prize pool distributions. Any financial commitments required by a tournament are handled entirely off-platform directly with the verified event sponsors or organizers.
Provider policies
Each tournament listed on NexusClash operates under its own specific official rulebook. If an event requires an entry fee or offers premium features, the refund and cancellation rules of that specific organizer will apply. We strongly encourage all team captains to review the provider's official documentation before committing their roster.
